From Morbidly Obese to Overweight in 12 Months

For the record I am currently maintaining at 177 lbs. 79 pounds down; 33 more to go. It took me an extra almost month to lose those next three pounds to bring my diagnosis down from "obese" to "overweight". Have never been so glad to be overweight in my life!!
