No Way is That Going to Work!

I have to figure another way to cram it all into one day. I don't even wake up until after 6am!

A Momma's Need for Routine

We have gone offkilter and it is evident in our behavior. Seriously! sometimes I forget to brush our teeth. In an effort to hold myself accountable I am going to map out our new daily routine here. When it is finished I will make it into a small poster for our home complete with picture symbols. For a listmaker like me this should be the perfect solution. And it is mainly for me. I need this, but I also need to stay reasonable and flexible somehow.

Monday:
04:00am ~ yoga
04:30am ~ knee, hip and back exercises
05:00am ~ recumbant bicycle (or some combination)
06:00am ~ shower/kids wake up
07:00am ~ breakfast, computer, brush teeth, get dressed
08:00am ~ outside
10:00am ~ wash hands, snack
10:15am ~ academics
11:00am ~ Willon's nap
12:00pm ~ wash hands, lunch, brush teeth
01:00pm ~ swimming
02:30pm ~ wash hands, snack
03:00pm ~ arts & crafts
04:00pm ~ supper prep, TV

06:00pm ~ family time (music night for Momma)
