He's playing with the clown wig. His "hair hat". Endless fun, let me tell you.
He stops and pulls at a single strand of fake hair that had made its way into his nose, or mouth, I don't know. But he pulled it completely out of the wig.
Then he looks at it and says, "Hell! Holy shit hair hell!"
